We start the newsletter with a focus on multi-factor authentication. Despite the fact that MFA blocks nearly 100% of account attacks, a recent study showed that less than half of small and medium-sized businesses utilize its powerful protection. We look at how it has evolved and best practices to secure your business network.

Then we look at something that’s currently at the center of a lot of debate - ChatGPT. Though it may have attracted negative attention in the news, it’s a remarkable tool that small businesses can use in a number of ways. Below we share our “interview” with ChatGPT and how it could help.
