Welcome to the June Newsletter

We sometimes forget that not all small businesses are found in brick-and-mortar stores. More and more we hear from freelancers who use Meraki Go at home. One of the challenges of being a consultant is account management, so we discuss best practices to help with both your projects and your clients.

In addition, this month we continue our series on Maximizing Meraki Go. We show how to set up Guest WiFi and the benefits it can bring to your business, including improving the experience of your customers. You will also see that designating a separate network for customers, clients, or even family members (if you’re working at home) protects both your bandwidth and security.

Many non-profit organizations are small businesses, too, so we close the newsletter by sharing a new customer story from Detroit’s Friends of Parkside. They use Meraki Go for just about everything - their business operations, supporting a computer lab with 15-20 students, and offering WiFi access to the underserved community.
